Asphalt Rejuvenator Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation required to complete 100,000 square yards of Pavement Rejuvenator and incidental work on various roadways, as more clearly specified in the contract documents. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material, and in performing all operations necessary for the rejuvenation and in-depth sealing of asphaltic concrete surface courses by spray application of petroleum oil and resins emulsified with water, complete, in accordance with the specifications, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Proposal must be submitted on forms provided. Bids are to be received electronically via the specified program. Bids submitted directly to the township will be invalid. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. Bidders must provide evidence of PENNDOT prequalification in all aspects of the work. All materials furnished and work performed shall conform to the current specifications of PENNDOT Form 408, current edition and specified bulletins. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
