Sealed bid proposals are requested from pre-qualified subcontractors for the Lafayette County Jail in Mayo, Florida, addressing the following work categories: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel, Casework, Roofing, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Overhead Doors, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Resinous Flooring, Signage, Fire Extinguishers & Cabinets, Toilet Accessories, Detention Equipment, Security Hardware, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, HVAC Controls, HVAC Testing & Balancing, Electrical, Communication Systems, Access Control & Security Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Sitework, and Fencing. Instructions to bidders include submission of sealed bid proposals by the specified deadline and address, and reference to the availability of bid documents from the Construction Manager's plan room website. The Construction Manager reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject any or all proposals. Pre-qualification requirements: Bid proposals will only be accepted from pre-qualified subcontractors.
