Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,995-square-foot transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 08, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Corporate Jet Center (Phase 1): The Base Bid includes an 11,995 (112 x 107 SF) pre-engineered metal building aircraft hangar with a 100-foot wide by 28-foot tall 6-leaf sliding door and a single toilet restroom. Associated site improvements include asphalt pavement access road, concrete sidewalk, fencing and gates, storm sewer, and utilities. Bid Additive work includes a 1,600 SF pre-engineered metal building office with restrooms and associated asphalt pavement parking stalls and concrete sidewalk. North Terminal Apron: The Base Bid includes a 19,640 SF asphalt pavement aircraft parking apron. Bid Additive work includes an 11,970 SF asphalt pavement aircraft parking apron addition. Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project's contract documents, plans, and technical specifications. Obtain copies of these documents through www.passero.com Bid Tab. All interested parties must register on the Passero website with their name, email address, address, and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums, or notices concerning this ITB. Respondents are required to submit one original and one digital copy on a thumb drive in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB 2026-01". Proposals must be received by the deadline at Palatka City Hall, Attn: Clerk, City of Palatka, 201 N 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. Proposals will be publicly opened following the deadline at City Hall. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City. Administration service contract(s) may be subject to grant/loan award and release of funds by the funding agency.
