Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Holly Springs desires to engage Private Engineering consulting firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection and Construction Contract Administration services for the Main Street Sidewalk project. This project consists of constructing approximately 1,125 linear feet of sidewalk on the east side of N. Main Street from Arbor Creek Drive to Trellis Point Drive. The selected firm will report directly to the Town, administer construction contracts, and ensure all work is performed according to contract requirements. Primary work elements include all required inspections and materials testing. Firms must be properly registered and pre-qualified to perform relevant Department discipline codes. Subconsultants are permitted. Firms must have the financial ability to undertake the work, proof of professional liability insurance, and an adequate accounting system to identify project costs. Letters of Interest should be submitted electronically in PDF format. Late submissions will not be considered. Firms proposing corporate subsidiaries or subcontractors must verify proper registration prior to submitting a Letter of Interest.
