Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dayspring, Nova Scotia. The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg seeks to engage a qualified Construction Management Firm to provide professional services for the following capital works at the Municipal Activity and Recreation Complex (MARC) in Dayspring, NS: construction of a new 4,500 ft2 Programs Building (Design-Build by CM), construction of an Inclusive & Accessible Playground, construction of a Covered Programs Area, renovations to the existing Barn Structure, demolition of two existing buildings, and miscellaneous sitework.
