Site work for a transportation facility in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
This project involves the removal of tree obstructions located within the Doylestown Airport's Runway 23 Part 77 obstruction surfaces. The trees will be cut and stacked, with some stumps ground. Erosion and sedimentation measures will be installed. Prospective bidders are responsible for verifying and supplementing this information through examination of the contract documents. Bids must be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with the instructions to bidders and general provisions. Each bidder must submit a bid security equal to at least 10% of the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 days after opening. The successful bidder must enter into the agreement and provide a contract bond and evidence of required insurance within fifteen days after acceptance of the proposal. All work shall comply with wage regulations as specified, and be subject to the regulations in the project manual.
