Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rushville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the reconstruction of approximately 957 feet of 5th Street from Sexton Street to Harrison Street. The existing asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalk, and related features will be removed and replaced with full depth hot mix asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, and storm sewer improvements. The project also includes replacement of the watermain and associated water services. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime contract and on a unit price basis as indicated on the bid form. Prospective bidders are instructed to request bidding documents from the designated issuing office and to refer to the instructions to bidders for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make awards as deemed in its best interest. QA date - 3-3-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
