Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and recreation facility.

The City is Seeking a Uniquely Qualified Design-build Team With Experience Working With Municipalities and Other Governmental Entities That Will Provide Design, Preconstruction, Construction, and Related Services as Necessary to Make the Proposed Cleveland Sports, Events, and Aquatics Center (Sea) a City of Cleveland Gold-standard Destination Multi-sports Venue. Under This Delivery Method, the Selected Design-builder Will Be Responsible for Architectural and Engineering Design, Preconstruction and Cost Estimating, Guaranteed Maximum Price (Gmp) Development, Construction, Commissioning, and Turnover of the Project. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, Through Its Council Members, Reserves the Right to Reject Any/and or All Proposals, to Waive Any Formalities and Informalities in the Proposals Received, and to Accept Any Proposal Which in Its Opinion May Be in the Best Interest of the City of Cleveland.
