This visit will take place on 5 March 2026, by appointment only, at the following address: 18000 Beliveau Street, Becancour, Quebec G9H 1H4. Construction work must be carried out between 26 June and 21 August 2026, during the day. After the start of the school year: evenings and weekends. If the CONTRACTOR fails to meet the deadline set out in the schedule, it shall pay the school service centre a penalty as specified in section 3.28 of this call for tenders. BID BOND All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time set for the receipt of bids. The bid bond must represent 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, money order, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued in favour of the school service centre by a company legally authorized to act as a surety.
