Rush County is seeking professional services for the replacement of Bridge 189 on S 100W over Lick Creek. The project is located in Rush County and includes Preliminary Engineering (PE) and Right of Way (RW) phases. The estimated construction amount is $1,612,907, with funding split 80% Federal and 20% Local. Required prequalification categories include Environmental Document Preparation - CE, Project Management for Acquisition Services, Topographical Survey Data Collection, Title Search, Non-Complex Roadway Design, Level 1 Bridge Design, Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Right of Way Plan Development, Construction Inspection, as well as additional specific categories listed. The project does not have a DBE goal. Instructions to bidders include the following: Submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) with identification, qualifications, key staff, and project approach, not to exceed twelve (12) pages.
