Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Somers, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide materials and construction services for improvements to safety surfacing at Connor's Place Playground at 96 Field Road. The scope includes all work necessary for the complete installation of site improvements and playground equipment. Bidders must submit sealed bids, either in person at the Town Clerks office or electronically via email, clearly marked or titled with the bidder's name and the project name: Connor's Place Playground Improvements. No bids will be accepted after the specified opening time, and bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The Town reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids. Contractors may visit the site before submitting a bid. Plans, drawings, and specifications are available on the Town's website. Question Deadline 03/11/2026 Questions must be directed to BSC Group c/o Rachel Salch, with RFIs received at least seven days prior to bid opening. Addenda will be provided in writing on the Town's website and are considered part of the contract. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any such addenda. There is no scheduled pre - bid walk through . Contractors may visit the site prior to submission of their bid .
