Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

A. Work of the Project includes the demolition of the existing restroom and splash pad and install of new restroom and splash pad in place. Work also includes new shade pavilion and other civil and landscaping improvements. B. Perform Work of Contract under lump sum contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. During the course of the Work and within the context of this Project and Contract, the Owner may provide authorized signatures to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers to act as the ìOwners Agentî or similar authorization. These authorizations shall not establish a direct contractual relationship between the Owner and other parties, or relieve the Contractor of his responsibilities, or in any way modify the terms of this Contract. The term of such authorizations shall not extend beyond that required for the Work of this Contract. The City of Las Vegas invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for the demolition of the existing restroom and splash pad and the installation of a new restroom building and splash pad in the same general location and size. The project also includes the construction of a new shade pavilion, hardscape area, sidewalk, and minor civil and landscaping improvements at 241 South Durango Drive.
