The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform summer and winter road maintenance in the East Region Unit 3A. Qualified firms are invited to submit proposals to provide these services. Instructions to bidders include that attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but strongly recommended. There is an option to call in and join the pre-bid meeting if attendance in person is not possible. The contract may require an Alaska business license, contractor license, commercial general liability insurance, and performance bonding for contracts exceeding $100,000. Zero and negative unit prices and labor are allowed.
