The Lansing School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for Kitchen Equipment projects at Gardner Elementary, Ebersole Center, and Dwight Rich PK-8th Grade Building. The work includes food service equipment. Proposals must be sealed in envelopes labeled "Proposal for Food Service Equipment Projects, Bid Division: 'A'". A bid security of 5% of the bid in the form of a bid bond, certified, or cashier's check is required. Performance, labor, and material bond costs covering 100% of the project should be bid separately and not included in the base bid. Michigan sales and use tax apply. Prevailing wages do not apply. The Owner may accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from the bid opening date.
