The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) invites all prospective bidders to submit a proposal to provide services for the administration and implementation of its Water Education Through Theater Program for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency and its retail water agencies, which include the Cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, and the Cucamonga Valley Water District, Fontana Water Company, Monte Vista Water District, and West Valley Water District. IEUA is seeking a theater company firm (the Firm) to implement and provide a regional water education curriculum that includes behavior-driven, multi-platform in-school water education, branded for the Agency and its retail water agency partners.
