DHSICE requires comprehensive detention services to increase bed capacity, supporting the ICE ERO Phoenix Field Office for a two-year period. The facility must accommodate up to 775 detainees and provide guards, meals, medical care, transportation, and be fully operational within a reasonable time of contract award. The contractor shall provide all personnel, detention management, equipment, facilities, supplies, transportation, medical care, and onsite hearings in compliance with ICE 2025 National Detention Standards, American Correctional Association Standards for Adult Local Detention Facilities, Standards for Health Services in Jails, and National Commission on Correctional Health Care. These services are necessary to support ERO’s mission to safely detain illegal aliens while they await trial or deportation.
