PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) announces that it is seeking bids for the work entitled: LICENSING SOLUTION PROVIDER FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS Bids for Licensing Solution Provider for Microsoft Products must be submitted through SacRT’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, Pacific Local Time at which time bids will be publicly available to view on the PlanetBids site. SacRT is seeking to enter into an agreement with a Licensing Solution Provider/Reseller (LSP) for purchase of Microsoft products. It is SacRT’s policy that Small Business Enterprises (SBE) will have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of this Contract. SBE is defined as a business that has been certified by the California Department of General Services (DGS) or any other public agency that certifies small businesses under applicable laws. To further that policy, SacRT will provide a 5% price preference (using the pricing for base products only) to Bidders meeting the SBE participation goal See Attachment 7 Small and Local Business Enterprise (SBE/LBE) Requirements for additional information and required forms. A Bidder claiming a preference must complete and submit SBE/LBE Form 1a SBE/LBE Participation Certification with its bid. SacRT does not prequalify subcontractor firms. However, Prime Contractors are encouraged to review the Prospective Bidders list on PlanetBids to find interested firms for subcontracting opportunities. SacRT hereby notifies all Bidders it will affirmatively ensure that, in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation, all contractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, creed, sex, disability, age, or national origin in consideration for an award. Bid Documents for this Contract can be obtained through SacRT’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal. Questions regarding the Bid Documents must be submitted through SacRT’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal. The current planholders list can be viewed through SacRT’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal at http://www.sacrt.com/procurement/default.aspx. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that PlanetBids communications related to this procurement reach the appropriate individual or individuals by identifying the appropriate individuals in the vendor registration and by whitelisting PlanetBids communications in their email system. SacRT will not be responsible for delivery failure of email due to firewalls, spam filters, or individuals' failure to retrieve email messages.
