Proposals must be submitted on provided forms, fully completed and executed. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit at the specified location. Submission of proposals after the stated deadline will not be considered. All proposal submissions must include a bid security (5% of base bid), a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with Board of Education members or the Superintendent, and a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Successful bidders are also required to provide both a Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. This is a non-prevailing wage project. Separate proposals will be received for electrical work.
