Remodeling of an office development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 27,000-square-foot office development.
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority seeks the installation of commercial grade carpet tiles for a 27,000 square foot area on the 5th floor of 10 Park Plaza. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations, DBE Laws and Regulations, Buy America (U.S. Content), and other regulations as required. Bidders must also certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. Bid documents, specifications, and other pertinent information are available. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided or stipulated in the Request for Proposal. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof.
