To aid in construction the existing vault precast top slabs are envisioned to be removed to provide working access inside the vaults, and later reinstalled with new rubr-nek sealant. o Removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk impacted by the vault and pipeline improvements.
