Sealed proposals are to be received for furnishing and delivering limestone in the quantity of 6,100 tons. All bidding requirements, conditions, and materials furnished must conform to the current specifications of PennDOT form 408. Bidders must be listed in or be an agent of a company listed in PennDOT Bulletin/Publ. 14. Proposals may be submitted for any individual item, combination of items, or all items. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality and obtained via phone, email, or municipal websites. Proposals must be returned by mail or hand-delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the bid proposal information. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals. Further instructions are detailed in the Proposal Form.
