Renovation of a development in Fairhope, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.

Removal and replacement of approximately 1300 linear feet of wooden boardwalk, handrails, ADA ramps, and three viewing areas at the Weeks Bay Visitor's Center. Sealed proposals must be submitted with a cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Department of Conservation & Natural Resources in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, and not exceeding $10,000. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as required in the bid documents are required at contract signing. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of Sawgrass Consulting, LLC, and bid documents may be obtained from the Engineer for a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer or copies thereof. All bidders exceeding the amount established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must display their license number on the sealed envelope containing their proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors to promote the Owner's best interests.
