The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for Small Cities CDBG Grant Administration Services. All proposers must be registered in the State of Florida to practice their profession at the time of proposal submission. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the bid instructions and will be evaluated by Columbia County as stated in the evaluation section. The bidder is required to use the 'Bid Form' attached and any variations from the minimum specifications must be clearly stated on a separate sheet and attached to the 'Bid Form.' Only one bid form set will be provided and accepted per company or corporation, and it must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Bid Number, Project Title, and the name and address of the submitting firm indicated on the outside. Proposers are responsible for the delivery of bids; late bids and bids delivered in any format other than specified will not be accepted. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email by the specified deadline. All responses are deemed public records under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Columbia County reserves the right to waive any formalities, reject any or all proposals, re-advertise for services, or withdraw all or part of the bid at any time. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received via email to ejones@columbiacountyfla.com no later than March 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal addenda. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
