Broad "Turf" Ground Maintenance for 12 different locations is required. The requested areas for service include Carpool Armstrong Lot M-40 at M-43, Carpool Lot M-40 and I-94, Carpool Lot US-131 and M-216, Carpool Lot US-131 at D Ave Interchange, Carpool Lot US-131 at Stadium Drive (BL131), Constantine Lot, Jones Maintenance Garage, Mendon Property M-60 Batten & Lake St., Mottville Bridge and Mottville Roadside Park, Paw Paw Central Repair, Southwest Region Maintenance, and Southwest Region Office. Proposals must include the bidder's company name in the header of all documents. All documents and information submitted as part of a proposal will become public record immediately upon receipt by the State. Proposals may be posted on the State's publicly available website after bidders are notified of the award recommendation. Submission must follow the table of required documents: Confidential Treatment Form, Vendor Questions Worksheet, Schedule A - Statement of Work, Location Specification Sheets, and acknowledgement of Contract Terms. Proposals and attachments must be submitted electronically through the designated state system and in a modifiable format. The price proposal should be saved separately from all other documents. Responsibility for a complete and timely submission lies with the bidder. Failure to follow any instructions or attempting to contact anyone other than the listed Solicitation Manager may result in disqualification. No mandatory minimum requirements are specified. Proposals will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for completeness and acceptability of responses and forms.
