Description

Remodeling of a library in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,250-square-foot library.

Replace carpeting in circulation area, children's area, adult area, and offices, approximately 3,250 square feet. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, and related services required for the performance of the contract, including removing furniture and shelves as needed, removing and disposing of all existing carpeting. Carpeting should be 24x24 carpet tiles suitable for commercial use (severe wear rating) with a 10 year warranty. Tufted yarn weight should be a minimum 24 oz/yd2. Bids should be clearly marked "LOUTTIT LIBRARY CARPET REPLACEMENT". The Town of West Greenwich reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, make awards to separate or multiple bidders, or accept the bid(s) judged to be in the best interest of the Town.
