The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation 2026 Outfall Repairs. The program focuses on the repair, rehabilitation, and stabilization of the identified outfalls, including erosion control measures, structural improvements, environmental protection, and site restoration works. The scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following (in no particular order): i. Schedule A: Outfall 24 Repairs and Rehabilitation a. ECO plan preparation and implementation. b. ECO plan preparation and implementation. c. Supply and installation of tree protection measures, d. Removal and mulching of trees and shrubs e. Supply and installation of temporary gravel access road f. Unplug and flush out existing storm water pipe g. Supply and installation of green matting, geotextile, and rip rap h. Supply and installation of topsoil, seeding, and rehabilitation of all landscaped areas. i. Supply and installation of shrubs and trees and maintenance. ii. Schedule B: Outfall 72 Repairs and Rehabilitation a. ECO plan preparation and implementation, b. Supply and installation of tree protection measures, c. Removal and mulching of trees and shrubs d. Supply and installation of geotextile, rip rap, crushed gravel, and cobble e. Supply and installation of flex MSE wall f. Supply and installation of topsoil, seeding, and rehabilitation of all landscaped areas. g. Supply and installation of shrubs and trees and maintenance. h. Remove and dispose of existing concrete structures (e.g., headwall or apron) as shown on drawings i. Reconnect and regrout the second pipe section to ensure proper alignment and watertight seal as shown on the drawings iii. Schedule C: Outfall 92 Repairs and Rehabilitation a. ECO plan preparation and implementation, b. Supply and installation of tree protection measures, c. Removal and mulching of trees and shrubs d. Supply and installation of Temporary Gravel Access Road e. Remove and reinstall existing chain-link fence f. Remove and dispose of existing headwall g. Supply and installation of geotextile, and rip rap h. Supply and installation of topsoil, seeding, and rehabilitation of all landscaped areas. i.
