The City of Corsicana is requesting statements of qualifications to select a consultant for preparing the Comprehensive Master Plan. Responses must comply with all terms, conditions, and instructions found in the Request For Proposals guidelines. Bidders must submit sealed responses labeled with the respondent’s name and the project name. Five copies, plus one electronic copy on a flash drive, should be addressed as instructed. Responses must be bound with a semi-permanent method, on letter-size pages. Use the required format for responses; those that do not may not be evaluated. The City reserves the right to amend requirements, waive irregularities, request modifications, and reject any or all proposals for any reason. The City is not responsible for non-receipt of mailed or couriered proposals; complete submissions to all requirements are emphasized.
