The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: General Contractor services for the interior renovations at the River Run Centre, located at 35 Woolwich Street, Guelph, Ontario. The work includes removal of the existing seats and flooring, installing new flooring, coordination of seating installation, accessibility upgrades to the box office and main entrance and overall health and safety of the site. The facility has a dedicated shutdown period from July 2, 2026 to September 11, 2026. Work is to start on July 2, 2026. Seating installation will be completed by August 28, 2026 to allow for adequate time for deficiency corrections and connection of theatre sound booth once work is completed. This Tender is being issued to the Successful pre-qualified firms from Contract 23-107 General Contractor for Small Works Construction Pre-Qualification.
