Sealed bids are requested for the reconstruction of Huckleberry Road from 900 feet east of Community Drive to Silver Maple Lane as part of the WisDOT 2024-2025 ARIP Program. The work includes 7,600 lineal feet of road reconstruction involving pavement pulverizing, salvaging of pulverized pavement and base, excavation of roadway, placement of geogrid, breaker rock, crushed aggregate base and salvaged base, asphalt pavement, aggregate shoulders, and restoration. Proposals must be submitted on provided forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the proposal amount. Electronic bid submission is required through QuestCDN vBid, with original certified checks or bid bonds delivered within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. Bidders must download bid documents from QuestCDN to be added to the Plan Holder List and access online bidding. All notifications, addenda, and official bidding documents are available only through the designated website. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for 45 days after opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities.
