Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Approximately 14,500 LF of PVC water main, consisting of 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch diameter pipe, including associated removals of existing water lines. Approximately 9, 910 LF of PVC sanitary sewer main, consisting of 8-inch and 18-inch diameter pipe, including removal of existing sewer lines. Approximately 21,730 SY of pavement repair and restoration, including asphalt pavement replacement. Traffic control and other incidental work required to complete the improvements. PREQUALIFICATION Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.
