The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a new park. This includes site grading, two parking lots, utilities (water, sewer, electric), entrance monument signage, concrete trails, decomposed granite trails, restroom facilities, overlook, canopy walk, nature-play area, water access points, boat launch, stormwater features, custom signage, landscaping, and more. Bidders must provide a bid bond of not less than five percent of the total bid as a guarantee to enter into a contract and furnish the required bonds if awarded. The successful proposer will be required to furnish a performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond. Bidders are expected to inspect the site and be informed of all local conditions. No bid may be withdrawn after submission for at least ninety calendar days.
