TJC is accepting proposals for the selection of a vendor(s) to provide custodial services for the College. Proposals must follow the format shown in the Request for Proposal. Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. Proposals delivered by telephone, facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (e-mail) will not be accepted. Properly received submittals will not be returned to respondents. Selected vendor will be required to submit Form 1295 through the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC). Sealed proposals addressed to TJC will be received in the Offices of Campus & Procurement Services at 1327 South Baxter Avenue, Tyler, Texas 75701, until the stated deadline. A complete Request for Proposal packet may be obtained online.
