Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; parking garage; parking garage; parking garage; and water / sewer project.

Flintco LLC, acting as the Design Builder for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, is soliciting proposals for Bid Package 1 for the Legacy Campus Support Facilities Project (FPDC-190146). This project consists of Subgrade and Vertical Parking Garage, Central Utility Plant Structure, and Investigative Pharmacy. Bid Package 1 includes the following bid packages: Site Access and Maintenance, Hoisting, Turnkey Concrete, Concrete Safety, Demo, Earthwork, and Utilities. Proposals and Qualifications are to be submitted via Building Connected by Auto Desk and delivery to Flintco Houston Office, 2501 Central Pkwy Suite A-19, Houston, TX 77092.
