This project consists of Subgrade and Vertical Parking Garage, Central Utility Plant Structure, and Investigative Pharmacy. Bid Package 1 includes the following bid packages: Site Access and Maintenance, Hoisting, Turnkey Concrete, Concrete Safety, Demo, Earthwork, and Utilities. Proposals and Qualifications are to be submitted via Building Connected by Auto Desk and delivery to Flintco Houston Office, 2501 Central Pkwy Suite A-19, Houston, TX 77092.
