Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to install two (2) multi-split HVAC ductless head units; replace one (1) propane stove heater, one (1) shop furnace, and one (1) single-hung window; remove and reinstall insulation; and perform air sealing at the Scotch Creek Wildlife Area, located at 1514 Conconully Rd., Okanogan, Washington 98840, in Okanogan County. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements per RCW 39.12.020. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions To Bidder. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
