Site work for a municipal facility in Mentone, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for Site Improvements and Infrastructure Upgrades to the Moon Lake Village Main Building. Bids will be received by The Town of Mentone at the office of the town clerk. Bid and contract documents may be examined at the Town Hall of Mentone. Copies of documents may be obtained at the office of Christopher Architecture and Interiors upon payment for each set. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must provide bid security as specified. Bidders are directed to comply with conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and other specified requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and attendance is encouraged but not required.
