The District of Sparwood is seeking proposals for the provision of custodial and janitorial services at designated district facilities. Proponents with proven experience and expertise in providing janitorial and custodial services are invited to submit proposals describing how they propose to meet the goals, objectives, and other requirements. The objective is to receive proposals that meet the mandatory requirements, negotiate with the preferred proponent, and enter into a contract for the delivery of service deliverables. Submissions must be made using BC Bid electronic submission, and only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can submit electronically. Proposals must be received prior to the RFP closing date and time. Proposals received after the RFP closing date and time will not be accepted.
