Sealed proposals are requested for an Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System. Proposals must be based on the City's Request for Proposals and submitted either via upload or in hard copy before the specified deadline to be considered. Proposals should include: Introductory Letter, Confirmation of Requirements, References, Insurance, Proposal Summary Worksheet, System Information, and Miscellaneous. The successful proposal will be required to comply with the City's insurance requirements. Proposals will be evaluated on compatibility with requirements, proposer's past experience, agreement price, and the quality and completeness of the response. Proposals must remain firm for ninety days after the due date. The City reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals, waive technicalities, and accept whatever proposal is in the best interest of the City, at its sole discretion. There is a requirement for nondiscrimination as per Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and ADA/Section 504 regulations, ensuring equal opportunity and non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
