Reference Number 0000414659 The Community Development Department of the City of Bristol, Tennessee is responsible for ensuring that property within the city limits is maintained in accordance with city regulations. If a property owner fails to comply with the maintenance regulations, the city is responsible for correcting the outstanding issues. The City of Bristol Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids to award a contract for property maintenance and mowing services as required. The successful Contractor will be assigned the property to be mowed/cleaned, as needed, by the City's Community Development Department.
