The City of Port Moody is seeking a qualified civil and mechanical contractor to implement upgrades to the Ioco Cleansing Pump Station near Ioco Road and 3rd Avenue, in the Ioco Townsite. The scope of work for this RFP includes but is not limited to the following: Supply, installation, and operation of flow bypass during construction as well as decommissioning of the flow bypass after construction; The installation of a bypass chamber and buried forcemain piping for the existing station; Two new cores through the existing wet well c/w a reinforced concrete block; The removal and replacement of discharge piping, valves, and pump repairs for a 200 mm diameter discharge piping system and two 100 mm diameter discharge pump systems; The removal and replacement of pump lifting rails and lifting chains; The installation of a new seismic pipe support for the existing 200 mm diameter discharge piping; Paving restoration; Preparation and submittal of operation and maintenance manuals; and Preparation and submittal of as-built drawing markups.
