Description

Demolition, site work and paving for a transportation facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility.

Construction is currently underway. Completion is expected by fall 2032. Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Construction Manager at Risk, will be soliciting proposals from subcontractors for the construction of The City of San Antonio – New Terminal Facility Project, San Antonio International Airport, San Antonio, TX. Proposal Package 08 consists of Roadway Improvements (Demo, Earthwork, SWPPP, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Drilled Pier Foundations, Retaining Walls, Site Utilities, Pavement Markings, Signage, Landscaping), Canopy Structures, Site Support Services, and Quality Control Testing. Proposal selection will be on a best value basis. Proposals for this package are to be submitted via sealed electronic proposals through BuildingConnected. All Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises included in the Texas Unified System are encouraged to submit proposals. Hensel Phelps Construction Co. is an E.E.O. Employer and encourages and actively solicits proposals from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for all projects.
