Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for asphalt and street construction services and associated work throughout the service area for the 2026 Annual Asphalt Overlay Work Order Construction Contract Pkg. 1. Bids will be received electronically or through sealed bids. Electronic bids are to be submitted via the secure FTP site; sealed bids are to be delivered to the specified location. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
