Sumner County requests a proposal for dual wall plastic pipe to be used by the Sumner County Highway Department. Upon mutual agreement, the terms, conditions, and prices of awarded contracts may be extended to other institutions (such as state or public agencies) interested in participating in any resulting contract. Each participating institution will issue its own purchasing documents for the goods and/or services. The proposer agrees that Sumner County is not responsible or liable for any agreements between the proposer and other institutions who choose to participate. All questions, including any follow-up questions, must be received by March 4, 2026.
