Sealed qualification statements are requested for Engineering and Technical Services for the Emergency Generator Sewerage District 11 Treatment Pond Project under the Federal Emergency Management Agency Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The selection of the firm will follow the procurement requirements of the FEMA HMA program and will be based on an evaluation of responses according to the selection criteria and point system in the qualification package, which also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The District reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements and will incur no obligation to any proposer until a contract is fully executed. Minority-owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate. All qualification statements must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope as specified.
