Renovation of a multi-residential development in Salem, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of 17 doors at five developments: 33 Park Street / 26 Prince Street (705-2A), Dalton Residence (667-7B), Bates Terrace (667-3A), Norton Terrace (667-3B), and Philip L. Morency Manor (667-6), located in Salem, MA. The work must be performed in accordance with documents prepared by Derby Square Architects. Bids must be submitted electronically following the instructions in the bid documents. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) made payable to the Salem Housing Authority. Bid Forms and Contract Documents are available for electronic review and download at no cost. Contractors and all subcontractors must strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation benchmarks of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities, as required by statutory requirements.
