Construct approximately 8,654 Square Yards Single Bituminous Seal Coat with Fog Seal Application. Construct approximately 22,520 Square Yards Single Bituminous Seal Coat Application. All workmanship and material to be in compliance with PennDot Publication 408, Section 470 (where applicable). Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to Williams Township. A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within twenty (20) days after the contract is awarded.
