Site work for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes: Water, Sewer, Drainage, and Paving for Fair Meadows Section Two for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 256, Fort Bend County, Texas. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be sealed and delivered to Blackline Engineering, LLC, 1616 S Voss Rd., Suite 300, Houston, Texas 77057 by 2:00 p.m. local time on the specified date. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held, and attendance by each prospective bidder or their representative is required for bid to be opened. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier’s check not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must execute contract documents, provide required bonds, and submit insurance certificates within seven days of receiving contract documents. All bid documents are available at www.CivcastUSA.com after free registration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
