Removal and replacement of carpet and VCT flooring at the Santa Barbara DMV Field Office. The bidder must possess a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). In addition, the bidder must either possess a valid C22 contractor license issued by the CSLB or a valid ASB Certification issued by the CSLB that is registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), to perform asbestos abatement work, or subcontract out asbestos abatement work to a subcontractor that possesses either a valid C22 contractors license issued by the CSLB or both a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the CSLB and a valid ASB Certification issued by the CSLB that is registered with the DIR, DOSH.
