Renovation of a stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Sealed Proposals will be received through the University of Cincinnati's online bidding system for Shoemaker 5/3 Arena Water Leak, Project Number 25170A, RFP# BGB20262010. Hardcopy bids will not be accepted. Bid packages, consisting of the price inquiry document, plans, and specifications, can be purchased from Key Blue Prints Inc or reviewed at McGraw-Hill Construction and Allied Construction Industries. Bid packages are not available in the University of Cincinnati Central Purchasing Department for review or purchase. Proposals will be received for General Contract (All Trades) with an estimated value of $1,450,000. Failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in the rejection of the proposal. This project is subject to the State of Ohio Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program. The bidder must complete and submit with the bid the Commitment to Participate in the Edge Business Assistance Program form (included in the bid form) or the bid will be rejected.
