The project improves electrical system reliability for a major event venue by replacing existing high voltage switchgear equipment with modern, reliable systems. The upgrades enhance electrical distribution capacity and reliability, while implementation of updated safety systems and protection schemes ensures compliance with current electrical codes and standards. The project establishes a foundation for future facility expansions and improvements. Responses must be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal before the deadline. A mandatory pre-solicitation conference must be attended in its entirety by a representative of the firm responding to the solicitation, and attendance will be electronically recorded via the County's portal. Only firms documented and confirmed as attending will have their responses considered. The response and all required forms must be submitted and signed by an official authorized to legally bind the respondent to all solicitation provisions.
