The project scope includes removal and reconstruction of a vacant portion of land designated as phase 2 parking. Work includes installation of a parking area, outfield fencing, foul poles, player enclosure, irrigation, and landscape work as identified on the drawings. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract, with all work subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each for the full contract price. Small, Minority, and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.
